Maybe that says it all.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They have these standards to protect the public from harm, not to prevent you from working. BC has the second highest requirements after France where it's a 4 year university program. Why should you be allowed to work when you haven't fulfilled the scholastic component? It's the just like we don't let doctors from other countries practice in Canada?
